Job Requirements
Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving expansion that leads to increased sales, revenues generated from targeted products. Develop and implement tactics and strategies to grow designated accounts or product categories of the company.
Analyzing sales team performance and scheduling training/refresher sessions accordingly.
Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
Setting sales targets and implementing incentives.
Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met.
Managing a network of vendors and suppliers.
Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example.
Qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years working experience in UAE, Gulf, India, and Asian in the IT Sector.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
